I'm Nellymar Albelo, a 29-year-old Central Florida real estate agent with over 8 years of experience helping clients find the perfect place to call home. I specialize in the vibrant and growing markets throughout Central Florida, with a strong focus on Polk County and the surrounding areas. Though I wasn’t born here, I was raised in Florida and have grown to love everything about it—from the welcoming communities to the lifestyle it offers. Today, I live in the peaceful countryside of Polk County, where my husband and I have started to build a mini farm and share our land with a joyful crew of animals including dogs, horses, chickens, a pig, and a macaw.

Before transitioning into real estate, I worked in the corporate world for several years, traveling the globe and helping hotels and properties resolve issues related to invoices and websites. While I loved the problem-solving side of that work, I felt a calling to do something more personal and impactful—which led me to real estate. Helping people improve their living situations and guiding them through major life changes quickly became my passion. I especially love working with young couples who are just getting started and looking to invest in real estate. My approach is rooted in education, communication, and transparency. I make it a priority to truly understand each client’s goals and to find solutions that work best for them. One of my favorite recent success stories was helping a couple transition from a small apartment into their very first home. It was a dream come true for them—and for me, it was a reminder of why I love what I do.

As a bilingual agent fluent in Spanish, I’m proud to connect with and support a diverse range of clients across Central Florida. I’m known for my hands-on guidance, clear communication, and ability to find creative solutions where others see obstacles. Outside of work, you’ll find me outdoors, spending time with family, or taking care of our animals.
