The last 60 days have been a whirlwind - in all the best ways possible! Since joining Orange Slice Properties, I've closed 4 transactions and 1 have one pending. The support from this team has been incredible. From collaboration to creativity - unmatched! It's pretty awesome to have such an amazing circle around me to count for anything and everything. Whether it's problem-solving, brainstorming, or celebrating wins! Some wins I am proud of:

• gaining momentum and consistency in my production
• feeling more aligned with my goals than ever before
• stepping into a space where I feel both challenged and supported

There's something special about OSP and I'm so grateful to be building and growing here. Can't wait to see what the next 60 days bring!

Any recent wins or milestones

In my first 90 days at OSP, I’ve sold over $3 million, was named one of Orlando Real Producers’ 35 Under 35 agents, and launched a long-term farming system that’s already landed me my first farm listing. I was OSP’s highest producer in May, have grown my networking group to over 200 RSVPs per event (which has allowed me to donate thousands back to the local community), and I’m about to host my first farm event. On top of that, I’ve been running a series of “event-style” open houses that have brought in great traction.

Your experience so far at OSP

My experience at OSP has been nothing short of incredible. The reasons I joined this brokerage have shown up tenfold. I have constant mentorship, leadership, and every resource I could need to build a long-term, successful business. Between the systems, consistency, and overflowing support, everything I need is right at my fingertips - it’s just on me to implement. And then there’s the culture. It’s supportive, collaborative, hard-working, and fun. We’re always bouncing ideas off each other to become better agents and better versions of ourselves. There’s no shortage of inspiration and drive within this group, and the branding is 10/10.

I still remember shadowing Luana on a listing appointment in my first few weeks and walking out feeling like I had just sat through a masterclass. The way we’re taught to communicate with clients - not just with confidence, but with integrity, truth, and reassurance - has been a game-changer for me. That level of guidance helps get deals closed and builds trust with buyers and sellers. In this business, agents wear a million hats, and I’ve never once felt like I lacked support in any part of mine.

I’m proud of how quickly I’ve been able to grow into this role at OSP and the momentum I’m building. It’s exciting to feel like this is only the beginning, and there’s so much more to come.
